You can now prepare for your real estate license at your convenience, at your own pace, from any location! Avoid the expenses of travel, day-care or time away from your present job.

If you are a licensed real estate agent or broker, and looking for continuing education hours, click on the Continuing Education button on the left hand side or top of this page.

If you wish to obtain a Real Estate Sales License click on the Pre-License buttons.

Many of these courses are designed to be state specific; meaning the criteria of an individual state. For that reason you will have the opportunity to select the state of your choice when choosing a course. The material may also be suitable for states with nonspecific criteria.

To browse the courses available begin by clicking the Pre-License or Continuing Education link at the top or the left side of this page. By clicking on these items you'll be taken to the Virtual University state selection map. From there, click on the state of choice and you will find the courses available to you.

Once you have reached the Virtual University pages, you will find a list of all the available courses for that state.

To see a detailed course description, click on the title of the course you are interested in. A separate dialog box will appear with the course outline and description.

You can also view the first lesson of any course by clicking on the word "sample" to the far right of the course title. From the displayed list of courses, check the box to the right of the course title. When done, click the "add to cart" button to proceed with the registration.
