PRE-LICENSE
Our Accelerated Pre-License Real Estate Course is designed to get you your Oregon license in the fastest and most convenient way possible. This 9 week course meets all of the requirements of the Oregon Real Estate Agency and could have you in your new career in less than three months.

Taught by a licensed, practicing real estate broker, the class includes additional quizzes and materials not offered in any other program. This Accelerated course is a combination of classroom instruction and self-study.

We know what it takes to pass the Oregon Real Estate Exams and our custom materials are designed to help you do just that!

The highly popular Pre-License Review (Cram) Course is offered monthly in Bend and quarterly in Eugene. The course consists of an intense one day, eight hour session designed to enable students to pass the Oregon Real Estate Exam.

The material offered was developed and is presented by a Principal Broker / Trainer who has been helping students pass their Real Estate Exam since 1995.

We know what it takes to pass the exam and so will you! The course reviews all seven sections of the pre-license curriculum and covers over 85% of the material appearing on the state exam. Part of this review specifically covers the questions most missed on the Real Estate Exam and includes tips and formulas for math and pro-ratio calculations! At the end of the day each student will be given a mock state and national test for the final preparation of their upcoming state exam.

POST-LICENSE
The Advanced Practices Course is required for your first license renewal. We have divided the 30 hour Oregon Real Estate Agency course requirements into classroom instruction and home study.

Designed for the working broker, the class meets from 8:00 am to 10:00 am for three Friday mornings. (6 hours total) These hours are set to minimize losing valuable selling and marketing time. This class is Accelerated to give you the most efficient means of meeting your licensing requirements. The sessions are taught by a practicing, licensed broker who brings practical, real life examples to each class, making it a worth while use of your time.

If you are not required to take this class, but are looking for 30 hours of Continuing Education with an Accelerated class, we encourage you to attend this course. The cost is $215.00

FasTrak™, our Broker Business Building Program, is the latest addition to our line-up of available live instruction classes. Developed and taught for many years at several major national real estate brokerage firms, it is now available to Central Oregon brokers wishing to fast start, or enhance, their real estate career.

This comprehensive 8-week program is responsible for hundreds of million-dollar producers right here in Oregon. Interactive sessions meet for two hours once a week for 8 weeks. We offer accountability, support and essential tools to ensure an agent's success within the real estate realm. The cost is $250.00 for the initial 8-week program. Additional weekly coaching sessions available.
