Secretary of State's Corporation Division
>> Submit a completed application to the CCB with the required fee
>> Provide proof of liability insurance
>> Provide evidence of completion of the pre-requisite education
>> Pass the open book state license exam
>> Provide evidence of worker's compensation insurance, if applicable
