Our course offerings include topics related to food handling and nutrition, cafeteria workers, waiters, bartenders and other types of restaurant workers. You will also find courses covering Sexual Harassment Prevention, ID Screening/Detection, Tips Management, Tobacco Training and Determining Drug Use. We even offer a course on Traffic School and Defensive Driving.

Many of these courses are designed to be state specific; meeting the criteria of an individual state and for that reason you will have the opportunity to select the state of your choice when choosing a course. The material can also be suitable for states with nonspecific criteria. You will find a number of the courses are available in Spanish as well as English.

To browse the courses available begin by pressing the button covering your area of interest at the top or left side of this page. By clicking on these items you will be taken to the Virtual University state selection map. Once you have reached the Virtual University pages you will find a list of all of the available courses.

To see a detailed course description click on the title of the course you are interested in. A separate dialog box will appear with the course outline and description. You can also view the first lesson of any course by clicking on the word "sample" to the far right of the course title. From the then displayed list of courses, select the course(s) that interest you by "checking" the box to the right of the course title. When done, click the "add to cart" button to proceed with the registration.
