Pro-Studies is privileged to sponsor the CRIS designation from its founder, Diane Peterson. Diane began her real estate career in 1978 and soon saw that clients spending less than $5,000,000 on investment properties were not receiving the level of service they deserved.

She became concerned with the fact there was little training for other brokers and began developing her own courses. From this came the Certified Residential Investment Specialist designation.

CRIS allows the broker to evaluate the practicality of real estate investing, for their own benefit as well as their clients. Brokers will now be able to give sound investment advice that will serve their clients financial needs.

The CRIS course involves only four, one day classes, spread over as many months. These four 7 1/2 hour sessions are packed with intense, comprehensive information designed to prepare the broker to deal with almost all client real estate investment needs.
